EXCITING CHANGES: We have decided to take our sleigh in a new direction in 2024! Our focus will be shifting to providing aid to families affected by Hurricane Helene. The need in our Appalachian community is high, and we believe this shift will allow us to make a meaningful impact during the most wonderful time of the year. All auction items will go towards this cause.

There will however still be plenty of opportunities for our members and guest to make a contribution to our Afterschool and Summer Camp programs.

The Kingsport Family YMCA is hosting a silent auction to benefit our youth outreach programs. The Bids for Kids auction gives our community the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of items, all while helping families in Appalachia to have a wonderful Christmas despite the devasting events of this fall!

HOW TO REGISTER FOR BIDS FOR KIDS +

Register for Bids For Kids

From your phone, computer, or laptop device: 

1. Go to our Bids for Kids Q-Auction site: YMCA Bids for Kids Silent Auction 2024 (qgiv.com)

  1. Scroll down to "Register For the Bids for Kids Auction Now" button of the page 

  2. Select "Continue" 

  3. Fill out the required Personal Information section. Please fill out the Guest Information section. 

  4. Select "Continue" 

  5.  

    Review your personal information and select "Complete Registration" 

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when registering for Bids for Kids. 

You should receive a second email that includes your: 

  1. Event Ticket Code 

  1. Link to download GIVI (Mobile app used for bidding during Bids for Kids) 

  1. Link to enter your Ticket Code if you don't want to download the GIVI mobile app  

Please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete the registration process in order to bid on items during the silent auction.
