Andrew Nash- Personal Training Coordinator

Andrew earned his personal training certification through NASM. He was previously certified through ISSA. Andrew earned his associate’s degree in Nutrition Science from Northeast State Community College. He works with a wide variety of clients but specializes in sports specific exercises to improve client performance in such activities as golfing and tennis.

Specialties: Wellness Consultations, Fitness Assessments, Member – Trainer Pairing, Sport Specific Exercises, Golfing Performance, Tennis Performance

 

Lily Meyer - Assistant Personal Training Coordinator 

Lily has earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from ETSU. She is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach. She enjoys working with all ages and is passionate about bettering the lives of her clients through improved health and fitness. 

Specialties: Wellness Consultations, Fitness Assessments, Beginner Fitness, Pre- and Post- Rehabilitative, Balance Training, and Functional Training 


 Julia Compton

Julia earned her Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Elon University where she ran track for 4 years and holds a CPT certification from ACSM. She loves working with all ages and enjoys sport specific training.

Fun Fact: When she is not keeping everyone in shape, she is a Special Education teacher, and a Medic in the Army Reserves.

Specialties: Weight Loss, Functional Training, Athletic Training


Blake Ward

Blake earned his personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise. His continuing education focuses on helping older adults regain strength and independence. His primary area of interest is working with busy adults and seniors to deliver safe, efficient, and progressive resistance training for health and longevity.

Specialties: Senior Fitness, Weight Loss, Post-Rehabilitation Exercise, Body Composition, Strength Training


Drew Spears

Drew is Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. He’s worked extensively in both personal training and group fitness settings. He enjoys helping adults and retirees improve strength, balance, and endurance. His focus is on overall quality of life through safe and effective training programs. As a lifelong martial artist, he brings expertise on discipline, mobility, and functional movement to help clients stay independent and confident at every stage of life.

 Evan Teaster

 Evan has Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Virginia's College at   Wise and he obtained his Training Certification through ACE. He worked in rehabilitation   hospital and has been personal training for one year. He helps others to (re)gain strength,   mobility, and endurance to improve their quality of life.

 Specialties: Strength Training, Hypertrophy Training, Mobility Training, Balance


 Ariel Devault

 Ariel received her personal training certification through ISSA and she’s currently continuing   her education in pre & post-natal fitness. She enjoys working with all ages and strives to   help others gain muscle, improve endurance, and increase mobility. Her goal is to help   others feel confident in the gym and learn to love their body and push themselves to achieve   their goals.

 Ben Botts

 Ben graduated from Emory & Henry college with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human   Performance. He achieved his certified  personal trainer status through ISSA. Ben is a previous  college   athlete turned strength and conditioning coach for the Emory & Henry   sports program. Although Ben has experience with young athletes, he enjoys working with clients of all ages.

 Specialties: Entry Level Fitness, Athlete and Teen Training, Functional Mobility Training, Hypertrophy Training, Strength Training, Training for Mental Wellness


Lindsay Frauhiger

Lindsay has her Bachelor’s degree in Professional Communication from Old Dominion University. She is also a NASM certified personal trainer. Lindsay has a passion for assisting others feel confident with their health and fitness; she strongly believes we are all lifelong learners and enjoys helping people reach their goals at any age.

Specialties: Beginner Fitness, Weight Loss, Balance Training, Postpartum Mental Rebounding and Body Recovery


 

Reign Kinsler

Reign is a certified trainer through ISSA and is majoring in Exercise Science at NESCC. She enjoys working with all age groups, including youth and teens. Having been a volleyball player, she excels at working with athletes on agility and athletic performance. Her mission is to make fitness more accessible for everyone by encouraging self-confidence in the gym environment.

Specializations - Beginner fitness, weight loss, flexibility, hypertrophy, strength training, sports conditioning.
