Greater Kingsport YMCA offers a variety of health & wellness programs in 2022
The Greater Kingsport Family YMCA is dedicated to creating healthier, stronger and happier individuals and continue to provide innovative programs and services that help strengthen the spirt, mind and body of its members and the community. The YMCA wants new members to Find Their Strength and is offering a New Member Wellness Bundle promotion through the end of January.
Members who join in January will have their joining fee waived ($30 value) and receive an exclusive new member Find Your Strength long-sleeve shirt ($15 value). Each new member can schedule a complimentary Wellness Connection appointment (value $100) to create a personalized health and wellness action plan based on their individual goals and receive a $10 discount on our new YMCA Fit Series wellness program (value $75). Any member who completes all 6 weeks of our YMCA Fit Series receives a 1 hour personal training session at no additional cost (value $45) That’s $200 in savings just for joining before January 31!
“We believe in supporting our members through their entire health and wellness journey and our goal has always been to provide programs that get them plugged in to everything the YMCA has to offer,” said Sr. Director of Wellness Danielle Puckett. “The new year is always a great time to hit that reset button and make health a priority. With this special offer, we are inviting our members to go through that journey at our YMCA and creating incentives that keep them invested in their health throughout the year.”
As a member of the YMCA, individuals have access to over 100 group exercise classes, on-site childcare, access to the Kingsport Aquatic Center indoor pools and outdoor water park, reduced rates on programs and services and access to any other YMCA in the region at no additional cost.
