This year, Greater Kingsport Family YMCA is excited to offer a variety of new programs designed for the whole family. With flexible options and something for every age and interest, our programs are built to support fun, connection, and personal growth. Whether you’re looking to stay active, learn something new, or spend quality time together, there’s a place for you at the Y.

These programs are structured to accommodate varying schedules and interests, allowing participants to register for one, two, three, or all four months of offerings. Each month’s registration is handled separately, providing flexibility for members and non-members alike.

PROGRAM ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIP
Adult Programs 18+:
Participation in adult programs is exclusive to YMCA members, ensuring a community-focused environment for adult wellness and engagement.

Youth Programs: Youth programs are accessible to both members and non-members, fostering inclusivity and community involvement.

All Program Pricing: $30 for Members of the Y,

$60 for Friends of the Y

** Refunds will be issued to program participants in the event of program cancellations. If unable to attend a program, a credit may be applied to your account if submitted in writing before the registration deadline, all credits are subject to approval by staff. No credits will be issued for no-shows.
