Day Camp 2008 -

"Travel Through Time"

Day Camp is a fun filled program for rising 1st-5th graders. An entire summer of action packed activities awaits your camper. Campers will be boarding a time machine to travel back in time through the decades.  Each week campers will experience history through a variety of clubs such as sports, game shows, inventions crafts, etc. Day Camp creates opportunities for children to not just "do" but to "experience" activities and to be involved in camp, plus they will gain everlasting friendships with counselors and other campers. Campers go on a weekly field trip and swim three days a week. Two snacks are offered each day. They need to bring a lunch, drink, and a water bottle. Let your child experience camp in a Christian environment with the YMCA. *Spaces will be limited. 

Locations:                   Rock Springs Elementary and Lincoln Elementary (rising 1st - 5th grades)

Session Dates:             May 27 - July 18 (8 weekly sessions) (Closed May 26 and July 4)

Hours:                         7:00am - 6:00pm (group activities from 9:00am - 4:00pm)

Registration Fee:          $30 per camper (non-refundable)

Weekly Session Fee:    $105 YMCA members/$120 non-members

*Financial Assistance available for those who qualify.

Teen Camp 2008

A fun and exciting summer awaits teens who are rising 6th-9th grade.  Teen campers will have the opportunity to participate in numerous activities including, but not limited to, sports, crafts, drama, team building, etc.  Teens will be developing friendships to last a lifetime while gaining leadership skills and building self-esteem. They will go on a weekly field trip and swim three times a week. Teens will also have the opportunity to plan some of their activities and special field trips. Two snacks will be offered each day. Teens will need to bring a lunch, drink, and water bottle. *Spaces will be limited.

Location:                       Sevier Middle School (rising 6th-9th grades)

Session Dates:               May 27 - July 18 (8 weekly sessions) (Closed May 26 and July 4)

Hours:                            7:00am - 6:00pm (group activities from 9:00am - 4:00pm)

Summer Fling 2008 -

"Fling into the Future"

Summer Fling is a camp experience that specializes in enjoying the beautiful outdoors.  Join us for this special week as we again board our time machine and "Fling into the Future."  Fling is held at Warrior's Path State Park.  Two snacks are offered each day.  Campers need to bring their lunch, drink, and a water bottle.  *Spaces will be limited. 

**Must be registered for another week of camp in order to register for this one.

Location:                       Warriors Path State Park (rising 1st - 5th grades)

Session Dates:               July 21-24 *Please, note that fling is only four days

Hours:                             7:00am - 6:00am (group activities 9:00am - 4:00pm)

Weekly Session Fee:     $98 YMCA members/$113 non-members

Note:  There is a $7 discount per week for an additional child per family.
