No matter where you are starting - our nationally certified personal trainers are instructors who meet you where you are and challenge you to reach YOUR next level. Everyone is different, which calls for different styles of working out. Are you just beginning? Have you reached a plateau? Do you want a specific type of training?

Your trainer will tailor your plan specifically to you and what you need. Whether you are looking for accountability, partnership, motivation, expertise, or all of the above - we have the trainer for you!

Individual training sessions are available, in addition to partner training, trio training and now Small Group training (4-8 participants)!. Our trainers want to help you achieve your personal next level. This is more than a gym, we want to transform all aspects of your life!

Jump 2 Fit

Summer is right around the corner, and the Y is making it easy for you to "jump in" to a healthy lifestyle with Personal Training. 

Back by popular demand, during April ONLY, purchase a Jump 2 Fit package of either three 60 minute or three 30 minute personal training sessions and save over $40 per package! (Once a Jump 2 Fit package has been purchased, client must complete all sessions within 4 weeks.)

Three 60 min $79 ($26.33/each)

Do you like an interactive setting but prefer a small group? Are you looking for motivation, support, and accountability? Then Small Group Training may be for you! This style of training brings together the knowledge of a nationally certified trainer with the energy and camaraderie of a group. Small Group Training is affordable while providing a supportive, energetic atmosphere to help you achieve your goals. Workouts will be designed based on your group’s goals and needs.

Small Group Training utilizes some of the following to ensure success:

  • Bodyweight Drills
  • Functional Movement with medicine balls, kettle bells, battle ropes, plyo boxes, sand bags, etc.
  • TRX® Training
