How to Apply

1. Assistance will be awarded on the basis of financial need.
2. Scholarship eligibility will be reviewed every 6 months or as deemed necessary.
3. Failure to list all income and verification statements will result in denial of financial assistance.

1. Complete YMCA Financial Assistance Application in full.
2. Documentation of household income:
   1. Copy of Tax Return (ex. 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ)
   2. Two consecutive pay stubs
   3. Verification of any other assistance received (ex. Housing assistance, food stamps, child support, etc.)
3. Return your completed application and all supporting income documentation.
4. New applicants must meet with the Business Manager before scholarship is granted (by appointment only).
