The Y challenges you to be healthy through the holidays. To improve your overall health, 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise is recommended. We invite you to discover new ways to reach your 150 for 6 weeks, with an optional bonus goal to maintain or lose weight. Take the steps toward developing healthy habits during the holidays. Get on the right track BEFORE the New Year’s Resolutions begin.
